Location: the hotel was short walk to the subway/bus stops, another museum and the southern most neighborhoods of BA. They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with a cool balcony, high floors and that was essential.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious deluxe room that featured a lovely balcony, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze. Being just a short walk from popular attractions like the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes and the Jardin Botanico Carlos Thays made it easy to explore the city. What I appreciated most was the quick assistance I received from the staff when I requested to book a tango show.

Staying at this cozy spot with my family and pet was a good experience. We loved the convenience of being so close to the vibrant streets of Palermo, where we enjoyed tasty local eateries and had a blast exploring boutique shops around the area.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast could improve like adding more choices for kids.

Large room (premium, last floor) however bathroom kind of small.

Stuff was helpful although only 2 spoke English. strange policy imposing 20% tax on everything ordered in the restaurant and eventually consumed in the room (even if taken by yourself). Breakfast was a bad joke. I even had to pay extra for a so-called espresso. Design was too modern and cold

Room and facilities' quality, personnel, location

Breakfast is in principle good, but it seems to take ages to restock finished items, both foods and E.G. forks happen ed multiple times during our stay. Waiters do not seem very proactive.

Great for families looking for comfort

The room was very spacious and beds were really comfortable, I loved the balcony, great. The hotel offered extra services like money change and reservations for tango shows, those were very helpful, it felt just like home, really.

It wasn't exactly cheap, though still acceptable.
